From 1965 to 2016, the regional brigade has accomplished 1:1000,000, 1:250000, 1:200000, 1:50000 regional geological and mineral survey, strategic prospective mineral survey, 213 scrolls of geochemical survey maps (See Chart 1-7), covering an area more than 1 million square kilometers, involving Sichuan, Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Chongqing, Yunnan, Laos and other locations. More than 1000 locations of mines and ore deposits were found, which include: Baiyuga Village silver polymetallic ore, Batang Cuomolong -Hailong tin polymetallic ore, Songpan Dongbeizhai gold ore, Muli Erze  gold ore, Baoxing marble ore, Tibet Basu-Songzong zinc-rich ore, Muli Souluogou gold mine deposit, playing important roles nationwide; 42 items of country, ministry-level, provincial sci-tech achievement acknowledgement have been awarded, with significant achievements including: Regional Geology of Sichuan Province, Stratigraphy in the Nujiang-Lancangjiang- Jinshajiang Region, Rock Strata Cleaning of Sichuan Province, Sichuan Mineral Summary, 1:200000 Litang Region geological survey reports, 1:50000 western Xiyoufang geological map specification and other documents.
