He graduated from the geomechanics major of Chengdu University of Technology (former Chengdu College of Geology) in Jul. 1987, engaged in advanced studies of graduate course in structural geology major of Chengdu University of Technology from 1995 to 1996, participated in "senior business management workshop" study in School of International Business of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics from Dec. 2005 to Dec. 2006, and participated in "leadership quality and innovation management senior seminar" study in Tsinghua University in 2008.

He successively completed 8 mineral exploration reports such as Reconnaissance Survey of Yading Gold Deposit in Daocheng County, Sichuan Province, 6 geological disaster survey reports such as Landslide Investigation of Boersong Boarding Schools in Subutai Township, Nilka County, Xinjiang, etc., and the mineral resources planning work of over ten counties and cities in the province.
